Shipping Information

All products in our shop are made to order. Since each product is custom-made, we ask that you consider the following delivery times.

Production Time

Before your order is shipped, it is first produced. Production time is typically 3-9 business days, depending on the product and current workload.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch (if available)

The total delivery time is composed of production time + shipping time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and the chosen shipping method.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track the status of your delivery online at any time with this number.

Shipping Partners

Depending on the product and delivery address, your order will be delivered by the following shipping service providers:

• DHL
• DPD
• Deutsche Post

International Deliveries

We also deliver internationally. Please note that for international orders, additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient.
